Returns
You have the right to replace or return products within 14 days after receipt of the products.
If you wish to replace products, please send return form to Smart-home customer support email info@smart-home.ee.
Goods to be replaced should not be:
- damaged
- broken
- used
How to return products, if you select Itella Smartpost parcel terminal as the method of delivery
If you wish to return products, please properly pack the products, select the closest parcel terminal or the one that is most convenient to you and then select RETURN THE PARCEL (PAKI TAGASTAMINE). Then use your code for receipt of the parcel (that was sent to your mobile phone when the parcel initially arrived to Itella Smartpost parcel terminal). The terminal will open the door. Place the package inside and close the door. That’s it.
How to return products, if you select Omniva parcel terminal as the method of delivery
If you wish to return products, please properly pack the products, select the closest parcel terminal or the one that is most convenient to you and then select RETURN THE PARCEL (PAKI TAGASTAMINE). Then use your code for receipt of the parcel (that was sent to your mobile phone when the parcel initially arrived to Omniva parcel terminal). The terminal will open the door. Place the package inside and close the door. That’s it.
Defective products
Where there are deficiencies in the products, please without delay inform our customer support by email info@smart-home.ee.
If Smart-home.ee is responsible for the defect, the consumer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product with a similar one without defects. Where it is impossible to replace or repair the product, the consumer has the right to demand return of the price paid for the product.
Claims can be submitted within 2 years. Claims cannot be submitted with regard to broken/damaged products.
